By downloading and purchasing Reaity.Tools assets you are being granted a license to use the files for specific uses under certain conditions.

Personal License

Personal License allows you to use downloaded assets for non-commercial, personal projects, personal social media accounts with non-commercial activities, and personal physical items not for sale. Also, you can use assets in presentations and materials for personal use or in creating end products, not for sale or distribution. It’s prohibited to use this type of license to include products in physical or digital paid advertisements, internal purposes in companies with any size of the team, end products for sale or distribution, or in business social media accounts. This type of license is included in Commercial and Extended licenses.

Commercial License

Commercial License allows you to use downloaded assets for commercial projects which involve custom work for a client, internal purposes of the company, physical advertisements for the local market, and digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions, physical items not for sale. Also, this type of license allows using products in business social media accounts owned and managed by the customer of the license. It’s prohibited to use this type of license to include downloaded products creating end products for sale, or developing native apps, web apps, or games. This type of license is included in a Commercial Extended License.

Extended License

Extended License allows you to use purchased assets to create end products for sale. You can modify or manipulate the product to use as a non-majority part of a project for sale. You can combine the product with other works and make a derivative work from it. Commercial Extended License allows the use of purchased products in unlimited digital and physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets, and to use in creating native apps, web apps, or games. 

Please note, Commercial Extended License does not entitle you to resell or distribute the purchased product. Such actions are illegal and prohibited under the terms of our license agreement.

Free Products

You can use free assets according to Personal and Commercial Licenses.

Demo Files

Demo files of the products are available for personal use only.

General terms of License

Reaity.Tools will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

You are not required to attribute or link to Reaity.Tools in any of the projects you create using Reaity.Tools products.

Copyright

Even if you’re able to include or use any of Reaity.Tools products under an Extended license, you’re not able to assign the authorship of the purchased product as your own. You only get the license that allows you to use the asset only as specified in this license agreement terms.

Prohibitions

You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license Reaity.Tools products.

You are not allowed to offer the file downloaded to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include editable source files of Reaity.Tools assets.

For any web applications or software programs, you should not include our graphic resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden.

You are not allowed to permit an end-user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the License Terms at any time. The changes to the License will start to affect your next subscription period.

We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment without reason explanation.
